If you are looking for an excellent place to stay this next school year, the Purdue University Delta Chi Chapter House has several single & double rooms available for rent. The facility is centrally located on campus and is within walking distance of all academic, libraries, administrative and co-recreational buildings.

Rooms are available for the 2021 – 2022 Purdue  Academic Semesters (undergraduate and graduate students only).

Room rental includes a 15 meal plan prepared by an excellent chef. 

Prime location on campus: 501 Russell Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906. Parking available. 

• Security deposit is due with your signed lease
• Leases starting at $900/month – including food service – 9 month lease
• Fall leases (only) considered 
• Lease term: 2021 -2022 Purdue Semester(s)

Due to university sanctions: No Delta Chi members will be living in the facility. 

The facility is in an excellent condition and offers:

• Single & Double Rooms – Most with Closets & Ample Storage
• Co-ed Facility with Men’s and Women’s Bathrooms
• 1 Single Room with a Private Bath & Closets
• 2 Single Rooms with a Shared Private Bathroom
• Food Service including 5 Continental and 10 Hot Chef Prepared Lunches & Dinners (Monday – Friday)
• Food Service will follow the Purdue University in-class academic calendar 
• Utilities included in rent (electric, gas, water, softener, sewer, trash, fiber based internet – WIFI)
• Private Study Rooms available for resident use
• Private Shower Stalls in Bathrooms – 10 full and half bathrooms – 4 with individual tiled showers.
• Commercial Housekeeping provided in all common areas & bathrooms (Sunday – Saturday)
